The NCS Group is a market leader in IT and digital services in the region. Last year we embarked on three axes of growth transformation: to grow into the region in a much more rapid way, to grow into multi sector, and to build up a stronger digital practice. This cannot happen without our partners and our ecosystem. We've received tremendous support from the Magnolia team helping us power the NCS corporate websites across the region. As a technology partner, they are always working closely alongside us. From POC to UAT, from going live to beyond. Hi, I'm Winnie and I lead Digital Marketing in NCS. In July last year, we had a website refresh alongside a new brand reveal. Leveraging Magnolia and its features, we were able to launch a holistic brand experience across three regions, Singapore, Australia and China. With Magnolia's flexible content structure, we were able to adapt from existing templates and components that were created across the three websites. My team and I had the flexibility to make content edits with easy to use modules which is helpful in streamlining our processes without heavy reliance on developers or content editors. I'm Rueben and I'm the Practice Head for Experience Solutions in NCS. My role is to help companies drive digital transformation and help them design brand new experiences that inspire their customers. Magnolia gives us the tools we need for digital foundation to transform businesses. Due to its open architecture and platform features, we can easily build best-of-fit digital ecosystems to suit the needs of our different customers. Using Magnolia as the backbone of the NCS website, we also enjoy much higher agility and productivity across teams in NCS, pushing out content faster than ever before. I'm Jacob and I'm the guardian of the NCS website. I use Magnolia on a daily basis and I must commend, I absolutely love the Magnolia features such as content versioning, reusable content and multisite feature. On the occasions that I double up as an editor, I could easily find my way around the terminal and make edits on the fly. Just a few tutorial videos and a few clicks on the test side and voila! Problem fixed. From the migration to the implementation, to providing training workshops and enablement sessions, Magnolia is always readily there as both a solution provider and partner to ensure NCS success. We work closely with our solution providers like Magnolia to help our clients achieve a seamless and integrated customer experience. We wanted a scalable platform that was easy to use and to allow NCS to build up our various digital platforms in an agile and consistent manner. Now the ease of which we can build components using Magnolia DXP, allowing the marketing team to quickly respond to business requirements was one of the reasons for selecting Magnolia as our platform of choice. Another winning factor is how Magnolia can support different types of deployment models and adhere to various complicated security and compliance requirements. This is why NCS Is able to leverage both on PaaS and our self-hosted environment for our cloud of choice for our website across different markets.
